ΟΡΟΙ & ΠΡΟΥΠΟΘΕΣΕΙΣ

Πολιτική Άφιξης/Αναχώρησης Το κατάλυμα εχει την παρακάτω πολιτική για αφιξη και αναχώρηση. Άφιξη: 15:00 Άναχώρηση: 11:00 Αργοπορημενη Αναχωρηση : 21:00 Χρεωση για Αργοπορημενη Αναχωρηση : €150,00 Late check out (μετά 11:00 και πριν από 21:00) μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε ένα τέλος. Πολιτική Καταλύματος και Ακύρωσης : Πλήρης χρέωση - Full Deposit - Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης έως 21 ημέρες πριν την άφιξη Όροι και Προηποθέσεις PAYMENT: A prepayment of 20% of the total rental amount is required to secure the booking. Reservations are considered confirmed after receiving the prepayment of 20% according to the time schedule mentioned above. The outstanding balance must be paid at the arrival day. The Refundable Security Deposit of 100€ must be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be refunded in full if no damage or loss has occurred. ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation is only for the use of those people named at the time of booking and if you wish to add members to your party, you should advise in writing, with any extra payment due. Accommodation is available to you from 15:00 on date of arrival and the check out is at 11:00 on date of departure. The accommodation cost includes electricity, linen, towels, and cleaning prior to arrival. Linen is provided two times per week. Any damage or breakage should be notified and appropriate payment made to our local representative, prior to your departure. We reserve the right to charge for breakage and damage not reported and discovered later. PARTIES and NOISE Loud noise and music is not aloud at any time at the villas indoors and outdoors. Silence time is between 23:00 and 08:00 where music and loud speaking are not aloud at all. Please respect other guests CANCELLATIONS: In case of cancellation please notify immediately in writing. STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY: The following cancellation policy is applied: For cancellations more than 3 weeks before the check-in, prepayment of 20% is fully refunded. For cancellations less than 2 weeks before the check-in, no refund will take place. PROPERTY OWNER’S DISCLAIMER: The property owner does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, or additional expenses incurred by the client or any member of the client’s party regardless of the cause. The property owner does not accept liability for any injury, death, loss, inconvenience or damage, alteration, delay or cancellation of the booking as a result of war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, terrorist activity (threatened or actual), natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, action at an airport or port by any government or public authority, technical problems relating to transport and airport regulations caused by technical, mechanical or electrical breakdowns or with the client’s accommodation or other circumstances as amounting to ‘force majeure’ or Acts of God or other similar events beyond the property owner’s control. In addition, the owner is not responsible for any physical injuries caused to the customers during their stay at the property. EXTERNAL MAINTENANCE: The owner or his/her representative have, if necessary, free access to the property for essential maintenance purposes (garden, swimming pool, etc.). Complaints: Your holiday enjoyment is of prime importance to us. In the event that you have cause for complaint whilst on holiday you must immediately report the matter to our representative NUMBER OF PERSONS: The number of persons (adults and children) may not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the Booking Confirmation. We Reserve The Right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date. CONDITIONS: When accepting your booking, it will be understood that you are agreeing to the Booking Conditions on behalf of all members of your party.Statement of client tenant: I have read and understood and we agree to accept and abide by the terms and conditions of booking as detailed on behalf of all persons for whom booking is made and I confirm that I am authorised to act on their behalf. JURISDICTION: In the event of controversy arising from the booking and property rental, only the Kos Greek Courts can deal with the matter.
